| Order Process |
|
| When your order is completed, it will be checked and verified by our artist. We will scan and send a photo of the work for your final approval. If you are not totally happy, then tell us why and we will arrange for revision(s) to be made at no extra cost to you. We can repeat this process until you are satisfied. When you are happy with your masterpiece, and confirm this by E-mail, we will send your order to you. When it is delivered to you our contract is completed. If there are any unforeseen factors which we have not covered we will be happy to arrange a mutually acceptable compromise on a refund. |

| When you send any photograph or image to us to be reproduced into a painting, you will be bound by the following terms and conditions: 1.You must be the sole creator, photographer, author or producer of the photograph or image. Or you have a right to the photo (i.e. when you hire a photographer and you are licensed to make reproductions or derivative works based on the photograph) 2.You have sought permission from all persons depicted in the photograph 3.You grant us permission to use the photograph for any lawful purpose. 4.You will be held accountable should any legal action be held against us resulting from reproducing the photograph you sent us. |

| We will only accept orders from adults. If you are under the legal age of 18 and wish to purchase paintings, please get approval from your usual “responsible adult”. |

| Payment |

As with all on-line transactions we ask you to pay when you place your order. Before we begin working on your painting, we must know that you can pay for it. But please remember, all artwork ordered from ArtrAArt is supported by our money-back guarantee.
Our website is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Your credit card details are encrypted when entered on the site to ensure security. We do not store any of your credit card details.
We use HSBC as our online payment gateway, it is free and secure. You need not have an account with HSBC.
We accept Visa, MasterCard/Euro Card, American Express, Switch/Solo and bank transfer. Alternatively, you may place your order by calling us on (+44) 0207 168 5307.
ArtrAArt is not responsible for charges levied by countries as custom policies vary widely from country to country. |

| Shipping Policy |
|
We only ship to Billing Addresses and cannot deliver to PO boxes or hotels. Worldwide delivery costs are shown on the Check-out page, after you’ve selected the paintings you wish to buy. For the largest paintings we use a professional courier service. For smaller paintings we use first-class registered mail or EMS. Insurance is included at no extra cost. A signature is usually required upon delivery because of the mode of delivery and the value of the paintings. Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes, tariffs or custom taxes that may apply in your country. Free shipping applies only to our listed destinations.

| Risk of Loss or Damage in Transit |

| All paintings are sent to you under a carriage and freight shipment contract and we accept the risk until you sign for delivery. |

| Cancellation |
|
| You may cancel a custom order (e.g. Photo-to-Art) without penalty up to 72 hours after placing your request. Up to 2 weeks from your order, we will refund 50% because we have started work and used materials. Thereafter we regret we cannot make any refund. |

| VAT (Value Added Tax) |
|
European Union: no VAT is applicable.
Other Countries: goods may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. ArtrAArt cannot accept responsibility for such charges because of the wide variation in customs policies. However please note that usually there are no duties for paintings shipped in small quantities.
Customs documents for international deliveries will describe the product and show a value. For example: “Painting, value US$100” The package will be marked “Gift”. |

| Returns Policy |
|
We take great care to ensure that your order is processed accurately; therefore it is extremely unlikely that any returns will be necessary. Customer enjoyment of all ArtrAArt is important to us, so if you are not entirely satisfied with the painting, we will issue a refund on the price of the painting provided that the painting is undamaged and unaltered (only reproduction and modern art paintings purchased from our Stock-in-Store and miniature sections). Shipping costs and local customs taxes, tariffs or any other charges will not be refunded. Please note all custom made orders such as portraits, Photo-to-Art paintings and paintings in custom sizes are non-refundable and non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the painting upon delivery and highlight any problems to us immediately. Unless it was our shipping error, the customer must pay for the return postage and insurance charges.
Please note: it is essential to contact us before returning a painting and wait for exact return instructions. Our original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. You must return the painting with the freight pre-paid.
When we have received your returned item, we will notify you via Email of your refund. You can expect this in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your returned painting. |
